Hi all, After a relatively smooth install of BETA2 in a test environment we have finally gone ahead to deploy the RTM version on our live server. However we have a problem installing the Mailbox role (the Client Access Server and Hub Transport installed without problems). We receive the following error: ---------------------------Microsoft Exchange---------------------------The Exchange server address list service failed to respond. This could be because of an address list or email address policy configuration error. It was running command '$error.Clear(); $count=0; $ExchangeServers = Get-ExchangeServer -DomainController $RoleDomainController; foreach($server in $ExchangeServers) { if(($server.AdminDisplayVersion.Build -gt 641) -and ($server.IsMailboxServer -eq $true)) { $count++; } } if( $count -eq 1) { Set-OrganizationConfig -DomainController $RoleDomainController; }'.---------------------------OK --------------------------- Now I have googled this problem and two solutions came up. 1) Delete the user created Default Policy for Exchange 2003 2) Give RUS full permissions for Exchange Domains Servers and Exchange Servers in ADSI Edit, replicate AD. We have tried both but it hasn't resolved the issue. Can anyone enlighten us on what this error message means? Thanks in advance.
